Customer Focused Team I drove into Jerry Ulm service dept. right before closing time on a Saturday afternoon with a nail in my tire. I thought for sure the best I could get I drove into Jerry Ulm service dept. right before closing time on a Saturday afternoon with a nail in my tire. I thought for sure the best I could get was help swapping the spare onto the car. Not So! I drove out less than an hour later with a fully repaired tire and thanks to the road hazard I had on my Durango's tires it didn't cost a penny. One again Jerry Ulm Srvice department proves that their customer is the focus of their business. Tge Service guys are why I keep coming back to Jerry Ulm Dodge when shopping for a car.
