I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership based on my recent experience. While the sales team did not have to work hard to secure my purchase, I found myself expending significant effort after the sale t recent experience.  From miscommunications regarding the cancellation of the GAP plan to missing accessories that should have accompanied a new vehicle, the process was riddled with problems. Administrative oversights required me to provide information multiple times, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail in both customer service and vehicle preparation. These included discrepancies in the odometer reading, incomplete detailing of the vehicle, and insufficient oil life upon delivery. Although any one of these issues alone might have been manageable, collectively they resulted in a highly unsatisfactory experience. Over the course of a week, I had to engage with multiple staff members, navigate through conflicting information, and rectify several inconsistencies to achieve what should have been a straightforward car purchase.
