The sales guy Cote not listed below was super helpful and friendly. I was a little disappointed with the finance process. My credit score is 850 and I ended up with an agreement with a 7.5% interest rate because of some discount I got but it wasn't almost 10K since that is what interest charges will be. Normally you get a much better rate. I will have to get a better loan after the holiday. Overall was a decent experience. This was my second purchase from them. More

At the beginning of the process, there was a slight mix-up that required me to return to the dealership to re-sign papers. Initially, I was a bit disturbed, but then I met Noel. He took me under his wing and ensured that everything was in order. When my truck had a warning light that wouldn’t go off, Noel introduced me to the Jerry Ulm Service Department, with whom I am very familiar as this is probably the fifth or sixth vehicle I’ve purchased at this dealership. One of the main reasons I always return is because of Nick. My first purchase was with him when he was a salesman, and it’s clear that his leadership skills were recognized, as he is now the used car manager at Port Ritchie Ford. Please don’t stop there; this guy will take the company far into the future. Noel kept me informed about the status of my truck every day, sometimes three or four times a day. When I recently picked up the truck after having the service module repaired, side steps, and a tonneau cover installed, I was blown away. Noel recommended gloss side steps to better fit the diamond black pearl stripe on the bottom of the truck, making it even more beautiful. I hope this review reaches the highest level of leadership for these individuals. A raise or bonus is certainly in order. These two gentlemen treat the Morgan Auto Group as their own family and provide customers with VIP care.
