Steven Heard in finance never got back to me about this and left me to the wolves, Mr. Matola in finance has communicated slightly more than Steven however this is still not done, and the finance director Adam, has not called me back in weeks and is always "in a meeting" when I call. Now, I will have to take the time out of my day to drive to Tampa where I bought a truck for nearly $65,000 to get this handled. Jerry Ulm's team is highly incompetent when it comes to providing a pleasant experience for the customer after they have driven off the lot. I will make sure to deter anyone from buying a vehicle at Jerry Ulm! More
