My wife was potentially interested in a new Durango and knew what she what she was interested in. She found a Durango with all the features she wanted. This would be her 5th Durango. The budget did need to knew what she what she was interested in. She found a Durango with all the features she wanted. This would be her 5th Durango. The budget did need to go up due to higher interest rates, but that was expected. Kyle & Charles were very accommodating and helpful. After we purchased the vehicle we had a few small issues, but Charles ensured everything was taken care of. My wife stated this was an overall pleasant experience. She liked the follow up from our first visit a few months prior, to the good communication, professionalism, politeness, cleanliness of the dealership and transparency of the sale. We would definitely recommend looking at your next vehicle here. I know we will be back again for our next vehicle (Hopefully no time soon) : ) More
