I was disappointed the "Locked Price" quoted on the web site, was not honored, with no explanation as to why. My trade was rated as "Fair" which is ridiculous, I was given "good" to "very good from 2 othe site, was not honored, with no explanation as to why. My trade was rated as "Fair" which is ridiculous, I was given "good" to "very good from 2 other dealers, but they did not have the truck I wanted. Charles was had good communication, and when he was tied up, got Chad to step in. Would work with either one of them again. More

Great vehicle, but I paid 13k over asking price. Would've liked a little more honesty out of the dealership. I basically threw away all of my down payment and some of my trade in value.
