In the end, I bought a great Jeep at a great price and am happy about that. Great inventory and selection, nice facility and capable salesman. Sales guy Alex was great, but the sales management and finance management approach to making customers fight tooth and nail for what should be straight forward is unacceptable. The final result was a positive one but the experience was not. More
