The sales man, (Justin) ,the finance person, and the customer service man (Landy) were very good.. My disappointment was with the process in the service dept. I attribute that to how large Jerry U'll ha customer service man (Landy) were very good.. My disappointment was with the process in the service dept. I attribute that to how large Jerry U'll has gotten I have been using JU since I moved here 20 years ago and I never felt so much frustration as I did during my recent visit with the service dept. Most of it was with the time it took and how additional problems arose even after it was suppose to be fixed. As JU has grown, I feel I got lost by the process in the service dept. Once I decided to trade my car in and buy a new one, I was very pleased with the personnel involved with that process. I have special needs because of mobility issues and Justin was very sensitive and helpful in finding the car that met my needs. My only disappointment was with amount I got for my trade in. All in all, Landy, Justin and the finance person were great and I appreciate their good work. More

My initial communication with this dealership was via text and phone call with my salesman, Kyle and Yanni his manager. These guys are the cream of the crop. There was so much going on in regards to my w text and phone call with my salesman, Kyle and Yanni his manager. These guys are the cream of the crop. There was so much going on in regards to my wanting to purchase that these two showed an incredible amount of patience and willingness to assist. At one point the whole thing went south and I was devastated. Yanni refused to give up and promised to keep fighting for me! And he did! He got me a better deal than I could have imagined considering my situation. I was absolutely floored! This was a week plus long adventure that these two took on with pleasure and professionalism that wore hospitable well! At the start of this adventure I had asked them to please hold onto the key until we know the final outcome. And they did. Kyle stated that he had it the whole time and refused to let anyone check out the key for a test drive. I was so grateful! When it was time to switch stuff over to the new car Kyle was right there helping move things over. Derrick in finance also showed great patience when it was time to make the down payment. It was rather large and I needed to use a few sources. Derrick worked thru the papers with a fresh attitude and not like it was 10 at night and he was ready to go! We didn’t leave till well after closing! Even after the sale they have continued to be helpful, ever present and willing to assist. I’m so grateful for this group. I ultimately chose them because of the way both Yanni and Kyle treated both myself and family member. This wonderful nature carried thru the entire experience! Hands down the absolute BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had! Oh , let’s not forget my new ride! I love my Grand Cherokee!
