Within a few days I was invited by the manager to come in to discuss it. Mr. Chris Layton bent over more than backwards to make all right with me . He fixed everything, then went on to get it even better. I left there very happy and completely satisfied. I have already shared this experience with many of my friends, family and even strangers. I have dealt with four other Hyundai dealers in Jax as this is our fifth Hyundai and will never go anywhere except Jenkins. I plan to shop nowhere else with what’s left of my time on earth and will guide all I know to do the same. Also, my original salesman, Mr. Jones, was very professional. While we were at Jenkins Hyundai were met with the utmost respect and professionalism, it was as if we were there only customers. Keith Powell or salesman was knowledgeable and and laid back he didn’t push and paid close attention to what my wife said she was looking for. We purchased our vehicle and everything was awesome. Few weeks later we had an issue nothing to do with the car just a small financial issue. I talked to Ms. Brittany Babb who was Jenkins sales professional. I don’t want to go into details but I was so amazed, in under 30 minutes she had my situation resolved. She was extremely polite and helpful.
