Mr. O'neil, I can appreciate your frustration, but after doing my research into your situation, I realized that you may not even be aware that the price you were given originally was for a Limited trim level, which is what your daughter had selected at that time. When you folks came back, she selected an Ultimate trim level, which is about $3,000 higher in cost. This is the reason for the higher cost reflected in the paperwork. This can be seen in her online requests for pricing. It is also recorded in our CRM. Is it possible that this is the reason for the confusion on the pricing? I am asking that we continue our conversation. We have been reaching out to you, but you have not responded. Of course we care about our reputation, but we also care about our customers. We never want anyone to leave here thinking we did anything nefarious. That is NOT how we do business. Please call me so that we can resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you. Several attempts were made to rectify this situation with Mr. O'neil. Unfortunately, there were some miscommunications, some misunderstandings and no resolution. After much research into our involvement, and after talking with Mr. O'neil a few times, it was found that there were no nefarious intentions on our part. Mr. O'neil made it clear that he would not interested in any compromises that we could offer. We are truly sorry that anyone would feel that we would deliberately cause any bad feelings for our valued customers. Our goal is to provide a great environment for doing business. We hope that Mr. O'neil and his daughter will be able to get the right vehicle for their desired budget, and that she will enjoy whichever vehicle that may be.
