Great Service It's quite unnerving when your car has issues while you are on vacation. We are from the Fort Mill, SC area just outside Charlotte, NC and were traveling to Amelia Island for vacation with family. Halfway to Florida the air conditioner went out on my 2007 Hyundai Sonata. We continued in the 96 degree heat to meet our family and were totally drained by the time we reached Amelia Island. First thing Monday morning we began the search for the closest Hyundai dealer to our area. I called Jenkins and made an appointment for early Tuesday morning (the earlier the better so we did not have to travel in the heat)! We arrived and were greeted by Ronnie Taylor and the customer service started. He offered their shuttle service but I explained we were from out of town so I asked about an enclosed mall in the area so we did not have to sit at the dealership for 3+ hours. Ronnie arranged for Martin to take us to a mall while we waited. Martin also gave us superb service and was very personable and friendly as he shuttled us back and forth during the day. Jenkins did not have the part we needed so we were given a loaner car to get us back the the vacation rental. Ronnie called when the car was finished and arranged for us to pick my car up. When we arrived we again were treated in a professional and friendly manner. I am so glad I found Jenkins Hyundai as they were able to take a nightmare situation and make it a pleasant experience. If I lived in the area you would have my business, but since I live in SC I am giving you the highest 5 star rating! More

Over priced vehicles The family and I stopped in at Jenkins Hyundai to look and test drive a Hyundai Palisade, we were greeted by Dennoven. Dennoven is very professional, The family and I stopped in at Jenkins Hyundai to look and test drive a Hyundai Palisade, we were greeted by Dennoven. Dennoven is very professional, well mannered Fast, friendly salesman, Great guy! We test drove the vehicle and was taken back to the sales office. We were introduced to Jenkins Hyundai sales manager. We felt he was below board, he hounded us to buy the last FWD Palisade limited (priced at 53,000) model. This model of Hyundai Palisade was priced very high. He state that although he did not have an AWD version on the lot that he wanted to earn my business and could get an AWD there in the coming days. Forty five minutes later sales manager comes back and presents me with the amount for the vehicle which was priced at $65,000 for a Hyundai Palisade limited AWD. I questioned the price tag, he says it's the going rate he's selling the cars at astounding rate, Jenkins has Thirty Dearlships!!! He then ask how did I get my numbers, I told him CarGurus and TrueCar, he says those prices are wrong and that the car is to new and everyone is paying these prices for that vehicle. Maybe so, but I'm not must folks and I did my homework before heading over and was prepared to buy with a check from my credit union. I want everyone to make sure that the dealers are at least in the ball park as prices are concerned! PLEASE do not allow the sales manager to hijack your ability to walk when you know its not in the best interest of your family. My family and I thank the folks for their time and we left. This dealership was not for us!!!! I'll give Key Hyundai a chance! More
