Pat and Allen Byrd both went way beyond their scope to fix my air conditioning problem. My dealership in NY was giving me the run around with the fact that I paid $1800.00 for the platinum coverage packag fix my air conditioning problem. Both Pat and Allen are exceptional representatives of what I expect from a dealership. Allen is the service manager of JENKINS of Jax. I recommend he be upgraded to Regional Service Manager.
