Excellent Customer Service!! I recently relocated to Washington State and I was looking to exchange my then current car for something I would feel more comfortable driving in Wash I recently relocated to Washington State and I was looking to exchange my then current car for something I would feel more comfortable driving in Washington weather. After asking around about a good, honest dealership I was recommended Jegs Motors by a family member who has bought two cars with them. Bruce was very patient with me while helping me decide for the perfect car and answered any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable on the few models I considered and worked with me every step of the way (once I decided on one) which made feel better as I HATE all the paperwork related to these type of transactions. He also put my mind at ease making sure my first car (which they took as part of payment) went to a great new owner. I highly recommend this dealership (and Bruce!) and would definitely come back in the future whenever I decide to purchase a new vehicle. More

Simply out, the best that Seattle has to offer. I bought my car sight unseen as I was living in Hawaii but moving to Seattle for a new job. I wanted to have a car when I landed in Seattle. I called at least 100 car dealerships and some were nice, but due to my credit none of them could close. After 2 months of searching, I came across Jegs Motors in Lynnwood, so I give them a call after finding a nice Audi that I liked. I spoke to Gabe, he had me approved for the car I wanted and for the amount I could afford as a down payment. Being that I couldn't look at the car physically, Gabe went ahead and sent me more pictures. After I felt comfortable with dealing with Jegs Motors in Lynnwood I went ahead and paid the down payment via credit card. At this point I was working with their representative named Bruce. Bruce was helpful, courteous, polite and very professional. He had me out the door in about 30 minutes. The entire process was so simple and so easy that I was amazed and I continue to be amazed with the amazing service jegs motors continues to provide. 3 days after I bought the car I noticed that's some lights were burnt out, I called Bruce and he told me to bring it down. He scheduled a repair at a local shop to get it fixed at no cost of my own. Bruce and the entire staff that I have worked with at Jegs Motors are outstanding, I couldn't have picked a better place to buy a car, furthermore I couldn't have picked a better place to buy a car sight unseen. Bruce does it again - and I'm not kidding!! Bruce (or "Bruce Bruce" as stated on his business card - as Bruce explained - "my mom stuttered when I was born" ) did an amazing job helping me buy m Bruce (or "Bruce Bruce" as stated on his business card - as Bruce explained - "my mom stuttered when I was born" ) did an amazing job helping me buy my son his first car. I was blown away with his professionalism and care. Gabe, the manager, made us feel so welcome and most importantly my son gave me a high five in the car driving home. They are fair (shocking, I know - for a used car dealership), reputable, and working with Bruce is always a joy. He's fun but he's also a great communicator and makes sure that I understand the process, I'm treated fairly and most of all he doesn't disappear after the sale is done - he just called today to make sure that my son was enjoying his new car. In short, Love Bruce, Love the Jetta, Love Jegs. This is the second time we've bought at Jegs with Bruce and so I felt compelled to write my great experience. Well deserved! More

Disappointing This experience lived up to all of the unfortunate stereotypes surrounding car sales. I worked with three different people: Will, Gabe and Grant. Gabe worked out the financing and he was a misleading, poor communicator who lacked empathy. Grant, the owner, took no responsibility and was frustrating to deal with. Essentially, my financing fell through. I understand that happens sometimes but when I signed the contract, I was told everything was solid and good to go. Nothing was communicated to me about needing further approval from the bank. Gabe literally said "I'm going to shop around for a lower interest rate for you." And that was all. Had I known nothing was secure, I would never have put pen to paper and drove that vehicle off the lot. Three days later they make a proposition "We will finance in-house but we won't report your payments to the credit bureau and you will be required to let us install a GPS tracker in the vehicle." Um, what? It felt very slimey. Now, if this had been communicated upfront on the night I bought the vehicle, different story. But 72 hours after I had already been told everything was set in stone? No way. They cooperated with me at the end but not without demeaning my reaction or making sure to remind me how ungrateful I was at their attempts to be flexible. I took the car I traded in back, signed a new agreement which nullified the original contract and went on my merry way. All this is happening as I'm planning a move to Denver and leave in seven days. Finding and financing a car as a single woman is hard enough as it is. Compound that with a cross country move and you've got a pressure cooker of tears and panic attacks. This was a terrible experience which could have been completely avoided with forthright communication and honesty. Instead, I felt like I was being scammed, taken advantage of and then belittled when they realized I have lady xxxxx. I'd highly recommend literally any other dealership. More

I absolutely HATE shopping car lots - I've never felt the sales person really cared about me or my needs - they just wanted to sell a car - any car - to me. Bruce was not that way at all. He actually guided us to a slightly less expensive car than what my daughter was looking at because it was a better buy for her. He was very knowledgeable, shared a bunch of information about the car we were looking at that really made a difference in our decision. He worked with us every step of the way. I was very pleased, and still am. The car we chose is perfect for my daughter - and although the price turned out to be more than we had originally planned because of the extended warranty (which made complete sense in our situation). I would highly recommend the dealership and Bruce specifically! More
