Bruce was so very helpful and has completely re-shaped my thoughts on used car salesmen. There is literally NO pressure here, and NONE of the unpleasantness that normally goes on when trying to purchase a car. Bruce got me into the car I wanted for a fair value, and was even able to help me obtain financing when I was having trouble on my own. I said to him several times and I will say it over and over; it is SO refreshing to work with honest people who do what they say they are going to do. When I walked into this place, I was in the desparate situation that I needed to trade my newly bought Nissan 2013 leaf into something else that doesn't need to charge all the time within a couple days because I had to move to other house due to the messed up landlord. By the time I went to Jegs mothers, I was already so stressed out with the huge depreciation that happened to my car although I bought it only less than a month ago (the value of newly bought Nissan leaf became less than a half !) and I was so fed up with the attitude of couple other dealer shops that I went before. They tried to sell me a car that was not what I want/ talking me down and selling me a car with unreasonably expensive price / giving me such a disgusting attitude that using my desperate situation and telling me "just ask your mom and dad to give you some cash to buy a car". I couldn't believe how bad they treated me. They just didn't know how to treat a customer and they didn't even know how to talk to a person with RESPECT. But as soon as I walked into Jegs motors and explained my situation to Bruce, he understood my situation, and gave me a couple options within my budget and I could see he was the professional sales person with sincerity, respect and honesty. He was totally knowledgeable about both leaf and the car I decided to buy there, Prius 2014, and he answered all my questions. He even told me couple things I didn't know about leaf which I should have been told by the Nissan dealer shop when I purchased the car. ( clearly, Bruce was more knowledgeable about Nissan leaf than the staff who works at Nissan dealer shop!!). Then, they bought my Nissan leaf with the highest price out of all the dealer shop that I went, and I was able to trade the leaf to the car that I really liked. All the process went so smooth and the financial guy and other staff there were also very kind and answered all my questions. My new car, prius was in a such a good condition and Bruce even got me an ionizer treatment for the car for free since I didn't like the cigarette and animal order of the car. I highly recommend this place if you want to be treated by the seller with respect and professional attitude and of course, if you want to buy / trade a car with a great deal that they have! More
