When I traded the car in, I found out the real history of the car, and discovered the car was stolen, and the miles had clearly been rolled back. I signed and traded the car over to the new car dealership and lost thousands of dollars because of the car I purchased from this dealership. I was not informed of this information, and was told the car had no negative history. I now know how they stay in business, by taking cars with a bad history for an extremely low price from an auction, and misinforming people of the history, and selling the car at full price.I spoke with the owner and asked if he would at least give back a portion of the profit he made off of me, but he was not willing to do so unless he could buy the car back from me. He said he could have given back a few thousand more then I was previously offered, though I would still be in the hole 8k. I understand you are running a business, but no matter what you say, the bottom line is you deserve a bad review from this, for selling me a car that would lead me to lose thousands of dollars. That's a lot of money for just an average guy. So I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and hope this helps people to avoid wasting thousands of dollars. More

Definitely not the typical "car salesman" attitude. We dealt with Bruce for each step in the process (phone call, initial car inspection, test drive, money, financing...), and he was friendly throughout each step. Never made us feel hurries or rushed, and genuinely made us feel like he was looking out for our best interest. There were a couple cosmetic items that needed attention after the purchase, and they were very willing to take care of them, to fully satisfy us. More

friendly, real and open no surprises after an exhaustive search for a first car for my daughter, i made contact with bruce at jegs motors through their internet adds. we had a great discu after an exhaustive search for a first car for my daughter, i made contact with bruce at jegs motors through their internet adds. we had a great discussion about the car we were interested in, a 2008 bmw 328i hardtop convertable. so much so i put down money to hold the car till we could see and test it. we ran late getting there, but " Bruce Bruce" stayed as well as grant to let us see the car. after arriving, to genuine friendly greetings, we took a good look at the car, took it for a test. it has beat any expectations i could have had. it was presented honestly without over detailing to hide any flaws, which allowed us to really see the car as it would look every day. Bruce and i, might i add, also shared similar values and life experiences being that we are 2 years apart in age and both have daughters 2 years apart in age. he gave me real fatherly advice as to which car would be a good first for my girl. we had looked at 335i's, but went with his advice and decided on the 328i. i will without hesitation recommend jegs motors to folks i know looking for quality used cars at a fair price. many thanks Bruce Bruce!! my daughter loves this car!! can't beat black on black. also absolutely no surprises having it inspected at independant service shops.
