A wheel bearing was making noise on my 2011 optima ex. Summit Place Kia wanted to keep the car for 3 days. I couldn't get a ride home so they said to try Jeffery Kia. Mark got my paperwork done quickly and showed me to the waiting room. After 15 minutes the service manager came and told me the repair is covered under warranty and offered me a ride home instead of waiting 3 hours. If my Optima ever needs service I'll be back ! I have had my car serviced several times at Jeffrey Kia. The service person, Christian, is awesome. My wipers quit working during a recent snow storm. I thought that was ridiculous and decided to drive the distance even though I did not have an appointment. When I got there, Christian immediately took care of what needed to be done, and offered to have me driven home and picked back up when my car was finished. He did not pressure me to get any repairs I didn't need. The person who worked on my van did an excellent job. I would highly recommend going to Jeffrey Kia. Oh, by the way, my repair cost $105. A really big difference from the other repair shop. I am really, really satisfied. More
