I took my car to a nearby repair shop, not wanting to drive in the seriously bad weather. They wanted over four hundred dollars. I thought that was ridiculous and decided to drive the distance even though I did not have an appointment. When I got there, Christian immediately took care of what needed to be done, and offered to have me driven home and picked back up when my car was finished. He did not pressure me to get any repairs I didn't need. The person who worked on my van did an excellent job. I would highly recommend going to Jeffrey Kia. Oh, by the way, my repair cost $105. A really big difference from the other repair shop. I am really, really satisfied. More
Was treated in a very friendly manor. Salesman did everything possible to put me in a new Kia at the price I could afford. They arranged for financing of the vehicle. I waited at the parts desk for over 5 minutes. I then found a service tech and asked him if anyone was working in the parts department. He had to go back and find someone to get the parts I ordered. I then stood at the cashiers desk for over 5 minutes before she acknowledged me. She was on the telephone. After that it took a while for her to figure out how to ring up the parts because I was using my Kia Customer Loyalty $200 credit. Weeks after my visit someone called me and said I had a balance on the order that I had to pay. I paid the balance the day I picked up the parts. I told the person that I had already paid it. More
