A wheel bearing was making noise on my 2011 optima ex. Summit Place Kia wanted to keep the car for 3 days. I couldn't get a ride home so they said to try Jeffery Kia. Without an appointment I was seen rig Summit Place Kia wanted to keep the car for 3 days. I couldn't get a ride home so they said to try Jeffery Kia. Without an appointment I was seen right away. Mark got my paperwork done quickly and showed me to the waiting room. After 15 minutes the service manager came and told me the repair is covered under warranty and offered me a ride home instead of waiting 3 hours. If my Optima ever needs service I'll be back ! They went above and beyond Summit Place Kia. Thanks again for the excellent service ! More

The staff (specially Christian and Mark) have been trustworthy and gives you their best foot forward to make sure that the work required is done in the most efficient and timely manner. There was a time when a work order was not completed on time as promised, but instead of making excuses for it, I appreciate the company's effort to rectify the inconvenience and aggravation by apologizing for the inconvenience and giving us a discount when the job was completed. It really showed their respect on the value of my time, and in return, they have also earned my future business because of their effort to make good out of a bad situation. More
