A wheel bearing was making noise on my 2011 optima ex. Summit Place Kia wanted to keep the car for 3 days. I couldn't get a ride home so they said to try Jeffery Kia. Without an appointment I was seen rig Summit Place Kia wanted to keep the car for 3 days. I couldn't get a ride home so they said to try Jeffery Kia. Without an appointment I was seen right away. Mark got my paperwork done quickly and showed me to the waiting room. After 15 minutes the service manager came and told me the repair is covered under warranty and offered me a ride home instead of waiting 3 hours. If my Optima ever needs service I'll be back !
