I was very satisfied with the service I had done to my car.. Dave was very good at getting back to me to let me know the work that was needed, the cost, and when it would be ready. This was my first service visit to Jay Buick and the people are just so friendly! I got the oil changed on my truck in a little over 30 minutes. I have had my vehicle serviced many times at jay Buick .I'm not impressed by there technicians except allen who gets it right.the other technicians need better training or hire more compantent ones.the re .I'm not impressed by there technicians except allen who gets it right.the other technicians need better training or hire more compantent ones.the reason I still give them a 5 star rating is there service writers Rick and John they make my experience amazing.Where Jay Buick lacks they make up for it ten fold.I will not deal with anybody else they are very informative and really care about the customer.if it wasn't for them I would take my bussiness elsewhere they are the reason I'm thinking of getting my next vehicle from Jay Buick.
