I scheduled a prepaid service 3+ weeks in advance. They had my car all day 8-5, when I called to check in around 4 they told me that they did not service my car. They rescheduled me a week later, and They had my car all day 8-5, when I called to check in around 4 they told me that they did not service my car. They kept my car overnight and on the third day, the service was performed. When I asked if they could provide alternate transportation while they performed the service, they said no, even after the second scheduled day, they said no. They did not value my time at all. More
