Service department is awesome! My wife’s car overheated next to the dealership on a Friday evening and we do not live there. The shop was only open for 4 hours on Saturday and they managed to replace the belts and water pump before they closed that day. Customer service and pricing was excellent! Jared Laska was my service tech and I was very pleased with the professionalism he displayed. I've had an ongoing issue with my vehicle that previous techs have not been able to remedy. This problem started while the vehicle was still in warranty. I had brought my car in for an oil change. I discussed the issue I was having with Jared. This was my first encounter with Jared and he was able to not only diagnose the issue, but also have it fixed at not charge to me. I think I've found my new tech to always ask for. More

I arrived at 8:15 am and got my car back at 12:00 pm. I was having the oil changed. There was a problem with the drivers side front door. I kept reviewing the app to get my status, but aside from a 50% s I was having the oil changed. There was a problem with the drivers side front door. I kept reviewing the app to get my status, but aside from a 50% status rating, there was no detail. I finally had to ask my service rep for a status. That was around 11:00 am. He said it was at wash then and I would get it back in a few minutes. The few minutes turned into an hour. After I left I tried using the windshield washers but there was no fluid. My experience in the past has been that you checked fluids and topped them off. Maybe I’m wrong. Since the fluids weren’t checked, then was the oil actually changed? At this point I don’t know. More
