Some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. I bought an As-Is Used vehicle from this dealership. An issue came up the first week I had the car that was not evident when I test-drove long time. I bought an As-Is Used vehicle from this dealership. An issue came up the first week I had the car that was not evident when I test-drove it, but Wendi and Gavynn had it towed back to the dealership right away and fixed the issue within a couple days at no charge. I would have expected most dealerships to leave me hanging, considering the truck was sold As-Is and no longer under warranty, but James Wood took great care of us. The dealership also delivered the car to me an hour's drive away both after it was purchased and repaired. I also wanted to mention that for a fairly nominal fee, James Wood took care of registration, title, and plates for us, which saved us a lot of hassle. Would definitely shop there again, thank you!
