I really can't say enough about what a GREAT experience it was to work with this dealership! Jacob was the salesman I worked with and he is completely professional, courteous, respectful and actually list it was to work with this dealership! Jacob was the salesman I worked with and he is completely professional, courteous, respectful and actually listened when I told him what I was looking for. I dealt with about 2 dozen dealerships within 100 miles of Dallas, while looking for the vehicle I wanted. Most salesmen didn't pay attention to what I told them and tried to sell me something else. Jacob worked to find exactly what I was looking for. He didn't seem to mind when I texted him every day, asking if my vehicle had arrived from the port. He was extremely kind to go over many, many aspects of the vehicle's features with me and help me get comfortable with how everything worked. It was well worth the extra drive I had to make from my home to the dealership--to get the kind of honest, professional customer service I received. I would definitely return to this dealership in the future! More
