Because of his persistence and professionalism, he helped save me more than $4,000 in repair costs by ensuring my warranty covered the work. Edwin continues to be one of the primary reasons I return to Tom Clark GMC. His customer-focused approach, outstanding communication, and commitment to advocating for his customers are exceptional. Damaged the custom paint on the vehicle. returned with bird feces and a crease in the rear quarter panel. Should also be noted the Escalade had less than 250 miles on it. Won't likely buy another GM product and will let family, friends, and associates to avoid Tom Clark Auto Park. --MJ More
