Daniel showed me the truck the first day. I left my number. He never put me in the system nor called me with a follow up. I came back a week later he wasn’t there but the Sales Mgr finished I left my number. He never put me in the system nor called me with a follow up. Based on this visit, I would not recommend. I had to chase my Advisor to get status updates and define problem, only to learn the he knew what was wrong but parts were not available to make rep I had to chase my Advisor to get status updates and define problem, only to learn the he knew what was wrong but parts were not available to make repairs. I was required to authorize non-GM parts for repair. Brandon told me the parts came with a lifetime warranty although there was no documentation as to the warranty in the paperwork provided. I emailed Brandon regarding the lifetime warranty and have still not heard from him regarding. More
