I came in for my appointment and was told an hour and a half. Got finished in hour and 15 minutes. That’s good for me. Truck is still under warranty so I don’t use a 15 min oil change place. Took my 23 Silverado in for a mechanical issue, met my service advisor Brandon who was polite and friendly. My truck remained in the shop for a month. Communication was average during my wait and I did request a loaner vehicle but one never came and there was no follow up with me on the status of that request. Overall my experience was positive and had communication been a little better or some resolution to my month long lack of transportation been had it would have easily been a 5 star rating. More
