This was the most relaxing experience I have had buying a car - Wendy and Don were so pleasant to work with - they were informative, knowledgeable, and did not try to pressure me in any way. They talked me into rotating my tires and balancing them. ...they did not adjust the air pressure, it varied and I don't know which is correct. They also did not reset the dash to reflect which air pressure b ...they did not adjust the air pressure, it varied and I don't know which is correct. They also did not reset the dash to reflect which air pressure belonged to which tire. Now, I have to check the air pressure to see which is actually low before airing them. Cadilac should do better. There was no communication about the status of my vehicle. Dropped off for oil change and detailing. Told it would be ready at 5pm. Never got the call! Called the next morning to find out it was neve vehicle. Dropped off for oil change and detailing. Told it would be ready at 5pm. Never got the call! Called the next morning to find out it was never detailed. Very irritating! Especially bc I use the Chevrolet for everything on my vehicle. Just disappointed this time More
