We were visiting our sons in the Fort Worth area and decided to buy a pre-owned truck during this visit. James Wood was a dealership recommended to us by a friend. I reached out via email regarding they type of truck we were looking for and Melanie Gregg (Pre-Owned Sales) contacted me on a Sunday and spent about 30 minutes with me on the phone detailing what my wife and I were looking for. We then set up an appointment and on arrival Melanie had several trucks for us to look at and compare the AT4 and Denali packages in a Sierra 1500. Melanie was very knowledgeable and ultimately we decided on a 2021 Sierra 1500 AT4. Finance department was extremely smooth and polished which we appreciated. Overall we were very satisfied with the entire transaction. The few bumps that we had were quickly dealt with by Melanie to ensure we as customers were happy and that is very appreciated. The only detail that would have made this experience better for an out of state purchase, is having a detailed list of all that is required of the buyer upon return to their own state and the registration process. But some research upon returning home took care of most of this. :-) More
