I had the best experience ever, I literally walked into the dealership at 6pm on a Monday evening and drove away in a new car at 9pm. My wife Amy and I came to Finger Lakes Dodge Jeep Chrysler to test drive some SUV's. We had a 2007 Saturn for trade and owed quite a bit still on the loan. We weren't quite sure even what to drive but Josh was quite knowledgeable about the different SUV's and because of him we were able to narrow the choice down to 2 vehicles. After test driving 3 different ones and even letting us take one home to see if it would fit in the garage, we chose a 2011 Dodge Journey AWD. We are very happy about this vehicle and Amy will feel a lot safer driving in poor conditions. We also with Josh and John Shields' help got an affordable monthly payment close to what we had with the Saturn. Overall Amy and I are glad we tried the "dealer for the people" and will recommend them to my friends and family. More

I live 45 minutes away from this dealership. But they had 3 used cars I was interested in, so I thought it was worth the drive. One problem was they refused to give any price info, either on the phone or in 3 used cars I was interested in, so I thought it was worth the drive. I spoke to the manager who assured me they price to the NAPA book, which is similar to Edmunds pricing. I explained which 3 cars I wanted to see, using their stock numbers. I scheduled an appointment for today. Their sales consultant even called me a few hours before to confirm the visit. When I got there, I was told that 2 of the cars were at their other dealership, 300 miles away! No apologies, no explanations. The sales consultant who scheduled the appointment said, "Well, it was nice of you to come! I got to meet you!" (We had spoken 3 times.) We did have one car to test drive, which we liked. The manager gave us a price 185% over the Edmunds listed price based on local sales. ($6,000). It was then I knew why they refused to list prices. This dealership is overflowing in charm. It is NOT for a serious car buyer. More

I drove a 99 Ford ZX2 with 224k miles on it. I would think that I would get anything for it. My friend Josh Irwin who is a sale associate told me to come down and they would take a look.
