My experience with this dealership has been that of most car dealerships. They are as shady as they all are. First, I went during the month they advertised they would pay up to $5000 more for your trade the car dealerships. They are as shady as they all are. First, I went during the month they advertised they would pay up to $5000 more for your trade then it was worth. They did do that, but failed to tell me the part where they were going to charge me $3000 more than the car I wanted was worth. I told them where my car payment needed to be and they continued to keep coming back to me with higher than that numbers. Between the salesman and my husband they convinced me $30 more a month was doable. They took my car that day and allowed us to drive home with the car I planned on purchasing because I wasnt able to come up with the rest of the down payment for a few more days. When we returned, I asked why they were charging me new car price for a USED car and was given a speel about how Kelly Blue book isnt accurate. I really loved the car and knew there wasnt going to be an opportunity for me to get rid of the car I didnt want so I let it go. The day we came back I went to find my old car and they had already sent it to the body shop before we even signed the papers for new car! Then they had us date everything for the 30th even though it was the 2nd so that the "deal" they were giving me would be in tact. They told us that the car would have an oil change done (didnt get done) and that the breaks would be taken care of (he said it passed inspection so they were fine!) The only thing they did do, was fill the tank, which they should of anyway since the car I brought them had a full tank in it when they got it, and they gave me a car with 1/4 tank to drive an hour home and get through the rest of the week. After having the car for a week, the "service airbag" light started coming on, they told us wed have to drive the hour back to get it taken care of! I have a chevy dealer a mile from my house, why would I drive an hour?? Eventually it went away so my guess is, it was a loose connection of some sort. A few days after that drivers side brake/turning light blew and I had to replace that. Since that, no problems with the car BUT I got my insurance bill and they were still charging me for the car I havent possessed since the last week of APril! I called the dealership, first got no answer, then emailed the salesman, got no answer, and then called back. The woman on the phone told me that they mail out the forms to your house...but I never received it. Then she said I would have to go to DMV to get another copy, and that I would have to go to the DMV there! Over an hour away to get something they should of sent to my insurance company (and was specifically asked to send to my insurance company and told would be by the salesman) I called the DMV there and they told me I could go to any DMV to get it...so I left for lunch, got the receipt and what does it say on it? The plates wernt turned in for TWO weeks AFTER I traded the car in. Thats half a month of insurance I have to pay because they didnt turn them in right away!! Ridiculous! I would of turned the plates in myself but the salesman assured us it would get done right away. Never again. I love my car. I very much dislike the dealership! $60 might not be a lot to a place like you, but to someone struggling as it is thats $60 in groceries you just took away from my kids mouths that I now have to pay to Allstate for a car I didnt even OWN! They welcomed me and my daughter, who is pleasant! All the salespeople were WONDERFUL! Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and overall awesome! They welcomed me and my daughter, who is 12 years old with open arms and helped me to get the best deal possible for my trade in, so that I was able to drive home the vehicle that I wanted. I HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting to buy a vehicle to go see Ted and his team @ Finger Lakes Auto Group in Seneca Falls, NY! They will work with you and make it happen!! I now have a beautiful 2014 Jeep Patriot, which I don't believe I could have purchased for the price and package that it came with, without Ted and his associates! From the moment we stepped onto the car lot, there was someone there to assist me and to answer my questions. They were so nice to my daughter, which made a huge impact on how I saw them as well! They treated her like she belonged, and that makes me very happy, as my family is extremely important to me! Thank you to Ted and his team for an amazing experience!!!!! Christine Selover More
WORST CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER AND I MEAN EVER DEALT WITH! James Provenzano is NOT the dealer for the people, not even close! If you walk in the door with a perfect situation and financing and price a WITH! James Provenzano is NOT the dealer for the people, not even close! If you walk in the door with a perfect situation and financing and price are not the issue, than I guess this is the place to buy a car from. However if those are issues for you...you will end up like me - disappointed, stressed, sad and really shocked that people honestly treat other people like crap and think it is o.k.!!!! I have never dealt with so many lies and deceit of so many people as a unit before in my life. If you do go here and decide to buy a car - DO NOT get excited about it and even think it is going to happen because they will rip the rug right from underneath you!!! This place is EVERY definition and very stereo-typical of the "used car salesman" environment. Everyone who works here should take a good hard look at how you treat people and build up their hopes because if you were treated the way I was, I KNOW you wouldn't like it either! I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH TO NOT GO THERE EVER!!!!! More

My salesmen John Sullivan showed me a couple 2013 Jeep models, he was very patient with me and showed me all the features on all of them and took me on a few test drives. He took all my concerns into consideration and helped me pick the best Jeep for me. Jason and Ryan helped with the financing. We decided a lease was the best way to go. They made trading my car in easy. They also made sure my payment amount was right where I wanted it. After all the paperwork was signed John went through the vehicle with me one more time to make sure I knew where everything was. I love my new Jeep and would recommend this dealership to everyone! Thank you for a pain free buying experience. More
I was not even in the market for a newer car, but my cousin told me I had to go down and see this place in Seneca Falls. He referred me to Josh Irwin whom he had bought 2 cars off of. So I called in an cousin told me I had to go down and see this place in Seneca Falls. He referred me to Josh Irwin whom he had bought 2 cars off of. So I called in and spoke to Amanda who opened my eyes to the possibilities that Finger Lakes could offer me, and she set me up with Josh for an appointment. Me and my wife showed up and were greeted by the Sales Manager himself John Shields. He walked us through the credit and financial portion of the deal right in the beginning. I never once felt pressured. Josh Irwin then showed us the building and the extremely friendly staff. I met Harold in parts who offered me a discount on an aftermarket part before I even purchased! We then went right to the vehicle I had seen online, Josh knew every option and explained it all thoroughly to me. We test drove it and when we got back Josh introduced me to Steve who gave me great confidence in my future maintenance of the car. Josh then worked with John to get me an excellent payment. After the sale I met Jason and Ryan who worked their butts off to get me my interest rate. I never once felt pressured, I was treated fair, and they even fed me while I waited for my car to be prepped. Josh brought me out to my car as their friendly detail guy Nate finished up shinning the car up. My experience was amazing and I highly recommend Finger Lakes Chrysler Dodge Jeep to everyone I see now! Thank you so much guys! More
I went to Finger Lakes to trade in my 2012 Chrysler 300S because I decided that I wanted the all wheel drive version. After a short walk on the lot I decided on a car. I has only had my car for about 10 m because I decided that I wanted the all wheel drive version. After a short walk on the lot I decided on a car. I has only had my car for about 10 months so I was a little worried about being upside down in my trade. Finger Lakes took care of that. They offered me $2500-$3000 more than other dealers I went to. The sales process was the easiest I have ever experienced. I worked mostly with the managers as they were readily available to help me out. What a pleasant surprise that was!! John, Jason & Ryan were great. My salesman Eddie was very nice and very knowledgeable when showing me the car. Even though I had a 2012 300S he made sure to show me all the features that were new for 2013. Overall my experience was awesome and after a couple hours I left with my brand new 300S. Finger Lakes Chrysler earned a customer for life and I have no problem recommending them to anybody looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
I called up Finger Lakes Chysler just looking for a price on a new Dodge Durango. I was directed to the General Sales Manager John Sheilds who was excellent. I came in later in the day to meet him in person on a new Dodge Durango. I was directed to the General Sales Manager John Sheilds who was excellent. I came in later in the day to meet him in person, and he test drove a couple vehicles with me and explained all the "bells and whistles" the new Durango had to offer. He answered all my questions and I never felt like I was dealing with a "typical" car dealer. When it came to financing Jason Leone was awesome. He got me an amazing rate and got my car payment just where I needed it. On another note the actual dealership is great. They have hotdogs and popcorn and all their staff is so friendly. I highly recommend going to this dealership for your next vehicle. More
Where do I start? Well I spoke with an individual over email, and I told her about my experiences seeing a car on a dealer’s website, going to the lot only to find out that the car had been sold? She said email, and I told her about my experiences seeing a car on a dealer’s website, going to the lot only to find out that the car had been sold? She said to me "That doesn’t happen here." I even sent them the list of vehicles I wanted to see, was because I was driving all the way from Syracuse for those vehicles. When I got there, the number one truck I really wanted was sold, and the other trucks I wanted to see wasn’t even at that location. I am very upset that I made my wife and kids come with me for one, second drive all the way out there and find out the trucks I wanted wasn’t even there, third (even my wife said the same thing) we got a major attitude from both Josh Irwin, and John Shields because I didn’t want to buy a brand new truck. John kept trying to force numbers at me without even looking at my trade, even though I said to him several times “look at my trade”. Both my wife and I have never felt disrespected like that before at a dealership, I buy a new (used) car every 2 years so I have experience with dealerships all over New York, and again I have never experienced what I did last night at this dealership. I make a lot of money, but I would rather spend my money on my wife and kids than a car, so I have a budget I keep to when I buy a car. Could I have bought a brand new truck, sure no problem, but that’s not what I wanted. I really thought this dealership was going to be different since it was away from the city of Syracuse, but I guess not. The female that helped me at the start seemed very nice, too bad she doesn't sell cars any more, I might have walked away with a car last night. If I was treated right, this dealership would have had my business forever. My daughter is going to need a car soon, so that’s 3 cars I would be buying every 2-3 years. Well I hope Mr. Provenzano is made aware of this, because I noticed we likes to promote other social websites, so its not that hard for someone who had a bad experience to go on these sites and explain what a bad experience they had with his dealerships. Bad media like that wouldn’t help his “Dealer for the people” reputation. More
I met Josh Irwin last week. Coming from a very bad experience from Romano Toyota I was cautious to say the least. I found Josh very easy to talk to, open and direct. Not only was he knowledgeable but experience from Romano Toyota I was cautious to say the least. I found Josh very easy to talk to, open and direct. Not only was he knowledgeable but he actually listened to me, what I needed, what I wanted and what I could afford. There were so many things that impressed me that day but the most impressive was when the owner himself, the general manager, Josh and myself just sat and openly negotiated, honestly, no pressure. For once just honest talking. It was all out in the open. No back door or back office negotiations. No going back and forth from salesperson to office manager. They worked.. we all worked .. together. honestly coming up with every incentives, rebates or whatever they could. The next thing that was even more impressive was the level of ethics that was shown after I leased my Jeep. Before submitting the paperwork they found a mistake. My interest rate was actually much lower than expected saving me even more money. Josh called to let me know and I went back to resubmit the paperwork. Now that's was honesty!. Would I recommend them again in a heartbeat..and I have! Sincerely Mary Krick More
