My husband was impressed with their gentle way of dealing with me as I am not the kind of person a dealer wants to see coming as I do not like dealerships that do the I will check with my manager 5 times and still not give you a deal. I know what I want to pay when I go to a dealership and have walked out for $50.00 difference. So you see these guys were and are the best. They even like to see me now !!!!!!!!! Judy More

The overall service that I have received from this dealership has always been great, they have treated me as a good customer with laoner vehicles when mine were being serviced. The new 2014 Jeep Comp dealership has always been great, they have treated me as a good customer with laoner vehicles when mine were being serviced. The new 2014 Jeep Compass that I purchased in September was available on the lot for me to take for an extended drive. THE salesman, Ted Manslank has always greeted me by name when I came into the dealership and showroom. The entire staff from the service dept to the front office have always been very friendly and helpful. This is the 5th vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership (including the former owernership - Peter Koch Chrysler Dodge Jeep). More

This is the best place to get a new truck or car and to have service done. I have been going here for many years and always had good experiences, but this time I had the best time ever. John Sullivan made this purchase a pleasure, very quick and a simple task for me to get my new truck. The parts & service dept.s were ever so helpfull in getting accessories for my truck and the installation was done perfectly. Great job done by all. This review is in amendment of my original review. I bought a Chevy Cruise and worked with Dave. Since then I have had mechanical issues with my 2011 Chevy Cruise. The car overheated a week after ownin bought a Chevy Cruise and worked with Dave. Since then I have had mechanical issues with my 2011 Chevy Cruise. The car overheated a week after owning the car, there was no antifreeze visible in the overflow jug, brought it back and they "checked" it and said there was no leak, flushed out the antifreeze and scolded me for putting the wrong color antifreeze in (on the side of the road with no antifreeze, does it matter?). A month later the car is out of antifreeze again. I called and told them and they send me to a Chevy dealership to have it looked at since it (obvious issues) will be covered under the factory warranty. Within 5 minutes at the Chevy Dealership they found a leak in the water pump, another leak in a hose and are replacing the thermostat. The day I called about this problem the "Check Oil Soon" light came on. After mentioning this he tells me "Oh They (service techs) must have forgotten to reset the light again, they do that alot"...if you ask me they "forget to do ALOT" They spent 2 hrs detailing my car the day I bought it but didn't bother to check the fluids, then when there is a problem they missed a couple leaks that could have been dealt with then. I warn everyone to have ANY vehicle checked by a REAL mechanic before you purchase it from this dealership..actually not buying from this dealership would be the better advice. High price, incompetent service, no customer service After the sale. More

They worked very hard with me and the banks and got me approved with a down payment and a monthly payment I could afford. I could not be happier with the experience I had while buying my car here. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. It was WELL worth the hour drive, and we are defiantly going to make Finger Lakes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram our place to buy our new vehicles for years to come. This dealership is truly for the people. For the most part, my experience was really good as car buying experiences go. It is a deeply flawed system in general, but Nathan was really pleasant and worked with and for my best interest. The one of the main drawbacks of the experience isn't really a dealership issue. I has an extended approval wait time. The only thing that might have been helpful was a check in to let me know that it was the approval process, not something holding up the approval process. Every one was super polite and helpful. They even gave me a full tank of gas as a way to belie my wait. They didn't have to do that. A second drawback was once I left, and removed the paper foot protectors, I discovered there were no foot mats. That sorta bummed me out. Another drawback which recently developed was a matter regarding a misunderstanding of the service contract. I spoke to another person at the dealership, and I asked more than once if the standard service contract covered maintenance or mechanical or both. I asked numerous times and more than once got the response that it was comprehensive. Then finally it was said that it only covered mechanical. I am not sure what happened or how it wasn't clear what I was asking, but it was rather an unfortunate conversation. In the end, it was clear that the remainder of the 5 year/100k warranty was not maintenance. In the end, the misunderstanding was resolved. More
