No return calls yet I purchased a car from jake sweeny. I was upfront and told them I will not drive off the lot unless the car was covered by a warranty. They added the warranty and I tried to use it for repairs and was told the warranty was void and no good. The reason ( the jeep was lifted). I explained that this dealership sold me the car this way and assured me this warranty was good to cover all major repairs. I called this dealership several times today and spoke to two people and also left several messages. Have not had one return call. I was also told that this dealership does a very good inspection before they sell a car. Found out today it has two (2) recalls on it as well. So now I had to call the finance company and file a complaint and was advised by them that the dealership knowingly sold me this lifted jeep with a warranty that's no good. I will keep you posted on social media and see how this is taken care of. So far no one from this dealership has not returned calls. I'm sure they will remove this post so please share it while it's up. I will be posting on other social media pages and my friends will share this on there social media pages. I sure hope that this isn't the service jake sweeny Chrysler jeep wants to uphold. I will update again later More

This is my second vehicle I have purchased from Sweeney and I will continue to "drive" my business and others their way. They had to search long and hard for the very specific vehicle I wanted - and once found, they had the numbers and paperwork completed with in a day. And the numbers were EXACTLY where I told them to be (a dealership who listens to the customer?!?! Yep, it actually exists here). In fact, I was trying to lease a different vehicle and they were very up front that the numbers were not going to be close enough to where I needed to be. Honesty and great customer service - I couldn't have asked for anything better. On closing day, the process took just about 10 minutes. No more waiting in the dealership for hours for them to get their act together. Thank you to the team at Jake Sweeney CJD for making my experience extraordinary! More

The work order had a "promised" time of 11:30 that same morning. No call Monday; no word Tuesday until I called them before closing time - only to find out that they hadn't even looked at my vehicle yet. They said they hoped to get to it Wednesday. No luck and no explanation Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. I picked my Jeep back up from them on Saturday - still hadn't even looked at it. No explanation was given, and they asked if I wanted to reschedule. I declined. I emailed the service manager about the experience; no response. I made an appointment at Jeff Wyler Jeep in Eastgate for Tuesday of the next week; they diagnosed the problem within half an hour, and I was driving home with a repaired vehicle before lunch. What a difference between service centers! More
