My wife and I accidentally stopped in and met Al. We left with a 2010 XFR. I was trying to decide between a M5, CTS-V and the XFR. My wife and I are 30, so we were frequently not helped at the other dealerships we visited or told that everyone was busy and that we should stop in again later. That did not happen at Park Place Jag. Al showed us the car, answered all our questions, and alleviated any of our concerns. I was able to simply tell them what I was willing to pay and what I wanted on my trade, and Al made it happen without the typical back and forth. We were consistently treated great throughout the process, and then after they had our money and could have just said goodbye Brad took a good 30 min. to go over every aspect of car to make sure we were completely satisfied. I was consistently impressed with the kindness and general nature of all employed at this dealership. I may just have to drive from Dallas to Plano to have it serviced due to the exceptional nature of how the place is run. I have never owned a Jag before, but this may be the start of very long term relationship. Definitely ask for Al or Brad, and enjoy the experience! More
