We had a wonderful experience at Park Place Plano Jaguar. From start to finish the entire staff went out of their way with making sure we were well taken care of. We delt with Will for our car buying experience and I must say we weren't hounded for a sale nor was it stressful to complete. We walked away with a Jaguar XF and I love feeling great about a big purchase. This is staff hands down deserves five stars. My wife and I accidentally stopped in and met Al. We left with a 2010 XFR. I was trying to decide between a M5, CTS-V and the XFR. My wife and I are 30, so we were frequently not helped at the other dealerships we visited or told that everyone was busy and that we should stop in again later. That did not happen at Park Place Jag. Al showed us the car, answered all our questions, and alleviated any of our concerns. I was able to simply tell them what I was willing to pay and what I wanted on my trade, and Al made it happen without the typical back and forth. We were consistently treated great throughout the process, and then after they had our money and could have just said goodbye Brad took a good 30 min. to go over every aspect of car to make sure we were completely satisfied. I was consistently impressed with the kindness and general nature of all employed at this dealership. I may just have to drive from Dallas to Plano to have it serviced due to the exceptional nature of how the place is run. I have never owned a Jag before, but this may be the start of very long term relationship. Definitely ask for Al or Brad, and enjoy the experience! More

He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable on the XF Portfolio. Al followed up with me after my first visit without pressuring me at all. After visiting some of the other luxury high-end competitors, I made the final decision to purchase the Jaguar XF Portfolio Sport because of the ease of dealing with Al and Mark Kinard, sales manager. Mike the sales manager made the final signing of the paperwork quick and painless. Everyone was wonderful to deal with and made my purchase quick and easy. I'm already enjoying my amazing Jaguar.
