I researched cars on the internet and ran across a car at Park Place that I fell in love with. I filled out a form online and I received a quick response. I scheduled an appointment with Brad to see the car and Brad met all my expectations. The price, interest rate and monthly payments were right were I wanted them and I didn't even have to ask for a better rate or price. Brad and the entire staff at Park Place were great and treated us really well. The next time I decide to get a newer car, I will go back to Park Place and I will also recommend Brad and Park Place to all my friends and Family for future car purchases. The car I purchased is a certified pre-owned and it is amazing. The car is clean and is just what I was looking for. Brad and his team made the process of purchasing the car so easy that I didn't feel like I was at a normal dealership. Park Place is not a normal dealership, they are a step above all other dealerships and I had an amazing experience while purchasing my car. My experience with Al via email was exactly what I wanted, quick and efficient. He was able to give me a very fair price on my trade in car in an email without seeing the car, and stuck to that. He went through all the features of this incredible machine, and then let me drive the car, twice, because I wanted to take it back out onto the freeway. I had a very positive experience this past week at Jaguar Plano. I went in looking at new XF's but Al suggested looking at the XJs as they had more room and the 2011 price point was very good. I ended up with a 2011 XJ and am very pleased with the purchase. My interactions with everyone was positive and the negotiations were straightforward and quick. The whole process was painless. While I can't comment on service having only had the car for a day, the sales part was great and the price was very competitive. I appreciated the thoughtful suggestions on various options but no pushiness of unnecessary things. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased through Park Place dealerships (3 Lexus), though the 1st Jaguar, and this was the best experience of all. Highly recommend using them if interested in a Jaguar. Dave More

Michelle is one of the best service advisors I have ever dealt with. The experience I had most recently was as follows: About a month ago I was traveling on hwy 67 in Duncanville going about 60 miles per hour. I hit a piece of pipe in the road and totally blew out my right front tire. I thought I was going to lose control of my car but the XF held steady. I pulled off the side of the highway. It was about 7pm . It was a cold rainy and windy night and I was in no mood to deal with this. I called Jaguar road assist and they were unbelieveably helpful. They pinpointed my exact location through my cell phone and gps in about 45 seconds and had roadside assistance on the way to me as we talked . They got there in about 15 minutes. They changed my tire and had me on my way in very short order. The man I dealt with from Jaguar assist called me back several times to make sure roadside service had arrived and that I was ok. I was completely satisfied and impressed. Mike Cotroneo promised me a great experience and I`m here to say he was right. Oh he even calls me regularly to see if I need anything. Now that`s service !!! More
