I was literally headed across the street to the Acura dealership, to trade in my 2012, where they were holding a car for me, when I decided to just "pop in" and see what I was missing. IT was all over at that point, and then he told me that I could actually afford the car of my dreams! The process was about 1/4th of the time my last car took!! Everyone at Park Place Jaguar was friendly and accommodating. Our transaction involved 3 vehicles (one purchase and two trades), and I was very satisfied with all. I had actually just left a Mercedes dealership a couple of blocks away with disappointing results in trying to place orders for cars for both me and my wife. As I drove by Park Place Jaguar, I saw the preowned Aston Martin and decided to inquire. I had been looking at them nationally for a couple of weeks, so it didn't take me long to decide to cancel my order down the street and negotiate the 3-way deal, much to the credit of Leonard Johnson and Daniel Syvrud. For the record, my wife still wanted the Mercedes for herself and I decided to go to Park Place Mercedes close to our house and was treated to another great purchasing experience. Ironically, I have known the owner of the "other" Mercedes dealership and purchased vehicles there for years, but your business is only as good as the people that make it up... a shout out to the Park Place organization for obtaining the best in the business to handle their customers! Brad contacted me because I showed interest online in a Certified Pre Owned 2011 Jaguar XFR. I was in Houston and thought logistics of evaluating my trade, an 07 XKR still under CPO coverage, arranging fi Certified Pre Owned 2011 Jaguar XFR. I didn't have time to drive to Dallas, haggle over a car and potentially have the deal not happen. Brad assured me we could do it all via email/phone (which we did) and later that same day we had a deal with a fair value on my trade and I got 0.9% CPO financing on the XFR. That was a Tuesday or Wednesday and over the next day or two Brad responded quickly to my emails when I asked a few additional questions about the car. We agreed to meet Friday afternoon half way between Houston and Dallas, I looked the car over, did some paperwork and was back on the road inside an hour. The car is beautiful. I've never had an easier car buying experience and never stepped foot in the dealership. I was comfortable with the car because it was under the factory warranty and had the extended CPO warranty. I'd been looking for a 05-08 Lotus Elise for nearly two years now. Given my location, it wasn't easy for me find one I liked in a location close enough for me to visit. When this Elise popped up at the Park Place Jaguar Plano, I called Brad who's contact info was on the eBay ad. It was really smooth from then on. I set-up a time to visit them that weekend, actually drove through some thunderstorms to get there! Every thing was set and ready for the test drive. They had the car under bright lights that would bring out any imperfections etc. I had a friend with me- 2nd pair of eyes, and someone with more experience with exotics. The car was in exceptional condition, not just for one that is 6 years old-- but by any standards. There was no pressure from Brad, no hassle, and no haggling-- and I am someone who is very sensitive to being "sold anything". I'd already made an offer of what I considered a fair price even before my visit-- I was going to drive 4hrs to get there. Brad had everything ready to go, including the paperwork. In fact I shopped for financing with them and my local credit unions, and they gave me an APR on par with my local CU. So I was able to simplify the entire buying process. I look forward to a continued relationship with them, both sales and service. Although I doubt I'll get bored with the Elise any time soon to look for something else! More
