I had to either repair or replace a 2000 S Jaguar with no advance notice due to an accident. I went to Park Place due the excellent service I had received previously from the dealership via Assistance Servi advance notice due to an accident. I went to Park Place due the excellent service I had received previously from the dealership via Assistance Service Manager Roy Sheldon. Later review indicated it was not economical to repair my damaged vehicle due its relatively low market value and the relatively high cost of repair. Accordingly, I decided to purchase a vehicle, a customer select certified preowned 2010 Jaguar XFP, using Sales Consultant Will Haynes. I found the experience to be very customer focused, the service outstanding and the understanding of the need to meet customer expectations excellent. The dealership obviously emphasizes service and this was apparent through all phases of the process. After picking up the vehicle, I subsequently had a small issue due to a missing driver's side floor mat. Action was taken immediately to rectify the omission. Will was particularly pleasant and helpful and was paramount in ensuring that both the dealership and I found common ground locating a car meeting my price and quality expectations yet satisfying dealership sales price requirements. Followup, financing and explanation of the car features and operations was outstanding with Will taking the time to review each item and answer all my questions. I have been very satisfied with quality and performance of the car I purchased. I fully intend to have the vehicle service at Park Place as in past and would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to others who may be in the market for a luxury automobile. Guy Camarata More

This is my third Jag from this dealership, and I'm sure it won't be the last. My Jaguar XKs have been a pleasure to drive, and once you own one, it's hard to think about switching. I bought a used Jaguar on Nov 14,2013 and my sales guy Leonard Johnson was ok. They sent the paper work to my bank and if my bank officer had not caught the error I would had paid a $1000.00 more than the Leonard Johnson was ok. I called and ask them what the extra was and he said it was fees, I ask what fees and gave me some story. My banker told them no that they could not charge the fees and they did take the fees off. 3 days after I bought the car the front speakers went out and they did nothing, and on the 5th day my engine light came on and I called them and Leonard Johnson my sales guy said there was nothing they could do. I understand that I bought a used car but you would think that they would at least look at it for me since I just bought it. To me this is customer service. But they do not pride there self on customer service. You know it doesn't hurt just to look and give me ideal of what is wrong. They have been very rude to me and basicly told me to take a hike. I really feel they had not checked out this vehicle before they sold it. I will not ever referr anyone th this dealership and I will file a complaint with the BBB. Again I know I bought a used vehichel. More
