Excellent Buying Experiencet I worked with Brad and Mark in the purchase of my 2016 FJ Jaguar. We started the process at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon and I drove my car home at 6:3 I worked with Brad and Mark in the purchase of my 2016 FJ Jaguar. We started the process at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon and I drove my car home at 6:30. The negotiation was easy and mutually amicable. I purchased a demo unit and there are were a few items that needed to be addressed. Brad ensured that Josh contacted me from service to schedule an appointment and provided a loaner vehicle. There are a lot of bells and whistles on the car and Brad is very patient in teaching me how the features work since I can't seem to remember them all! The dealership is beautiful and all the staff is very friendly and provide a no pressure environment. More
