I looked into the F-Pace and thought I would give it a chance. From the moment I walked in, Brad Pyatt greeted us and made our shopping experience an incredible one. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and was not your typical aggressive or over zealous salesman. Finally walked into Park Place Jaguar-Plano late on a Saturday to see it in person. James McDonald assisted me and he was awesome! Test drove a demo. Told him what I wanted and he made it happen. The exact car I wanted was right there in the showroom. James was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. He even adjusted his schedule to personally deliver my car to where I had to turn in my rental a few days later. Then when we got back to the dealership, he introduced me to some of the service team and took the time to give me a quick tutorial over the features of my new Jaguar.
