Top Notch Dealership Prior to spotting a car at Park Place, I had what I thought was a verbal purchase agreement on a car in LA, only to have them email me erroneous quote Prior to spotting a car at Park Place, I had what I thought was a verbal purchase agreement on a car in LA, only to have them email me erroneous quote info (actually lower than agreed), request a wire payment without a purchase agreement and then sell the car to someone else when I declined to do so. When I found a car at Park Place, I was of course, wary. But Park Place was entirely responsive, professional and courteous from start to finish. Even dealing from Indiana, transactions were completed securely, and even the transport was arranged with ease. Rob Singh and Daniel Syvrud have been especially helpful, even post-purchase, and even with no expectation of further business, since I live in Indiana. I wouldn't hesitate to give these guys my business again. More

I found it at Park Place Plano Jaguar and sent an email to the dealership informing them of my interest in the car. Salesperson Brad Pyatt responded to my inquiry and answered some questions for me. We talked some numbers and he was able to meet me at a fair price for the car and emailed me a link to make the deposit. He offered to pick my wife up at Dallas Love Field and we graciously obliged the offer. When we arrived he was waiting and took to the dealership. the car looked like new and had been prepped very nicely. After a detailed introduction to the car we went on a test drive that left me breathless. After signing a few final papers my wife and I were on our way. It was a totally friendly buying experience and it was easy to tell Brad was well informed about the vehicle and had a true passion for the Jaguar Brand. A truly great buying experience. More

When he was able to give me a better trade in than Mercedes and an even better interest rate with Mercedes and by a considerable amount I knew it was time to come back to Jaguar. It was like working with a good friend. The only difficult part was figuring out which F Pace I was going to get. Very seamless. The plus side I have my good friend of 9 years (service advisor) Bob Lynn to take care of everything! Service advisor's should all go to the school of Bob Lynn!
