Number one, Steve Croft did a major overhaul on my transmission. I haven't felt a transmission this strong since my 1976 Oldsmobile with a police special package when I was a deputy sheriff. Isiah C transmission. I haven't felt a transmission this strong since my 1976 Oldsmobile with a police special package when I was a deputy sheriff. Isiah Crowder did a complete rear axle replacement and changed all bearings and seals, setting the ring and pinion clearances to factory spec. Awesome job. Additionally, Cyrus Robinson installed a new cooling fan and sensor, and while under the hood, left it cleaner than when I dropped my Town Car off for the repairs. Steve Raper, the Service Manager, is certainly the best shop foreman I have ever delt with. Lastly, Bart Littleton, my service advisor, was excellent in all aspects of scheduling and coordinating the repairs with me. Highly recommend Jacky Jones Ford of Sweetwater's service department.
