The issue on my new 2020 Blazer was taken care of in a prompt manor. Joe was very professional when he called me to inform me of the problem. I came in to the dealership because my service charging system light was on. I had a new battery and a new alternator in the car. The service department says the alternator was bad. I paid $140 and waited system light was on. I had a new battery and a new alternator in the car. The service department says the alternator was bad. I paid $140 and waited over 2 hours. They then inform me to put a new alternator and would be over $1,000. Ridiculously high pricing. I would not bring my car back to this dealership. More

Only concern was that I was told part would be in within a week, but no one notified me that the part was on backorder and unavailable. I left my car assuming it would be ready in a little over a week and a week, but no one notified me that the part was on backorder and unavailable. I left my car assuming it would be ready in a little over a week and called to check on it after a week and was told then that they had no idea when the part would be available. I'm frustrated with Chevrolet that replacement parts for a defect (and AC is a top comfort priority) are so hard to acquire, but this is in no way the fault of Jack Maxton. I'm sure it makes the job harder for Jack Maxton. (I tried to voice this to Chevrolet, but their automated service said they weren't taking calls now and hung up.) More
2018 Equinox Leaking Oil I had my oil changed in March at their quick-lube, which is always a pleasure to deal with everyone over there. I arrived in the morning to drop my ve I had my oil changed in March at their quick-lube, which is always a pleasure to deal with everyone over there. I arrived in the morning to drop my vehicle off before work and had to wait 5 minutes before I was asked to pull my car in to service at which time, service advisor didn't greet me or even speak to me until he finished on his computer and traveled to printer and back twice. I explained I had to be at work and he seem to disregard my concerns. He called me about an hour later to tell me my car was ready as it was the oil filter not tightened from when I had my oil changed. I left work as I work right next door and when I arrived I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my paper work from the cashier who did not greet me, smile or take my concerns with waiting around once again with any empathy at all. This was my first experience dealing with the service department and I was NOT at all impressed. My husband has purchased 4 vehicles from Jack Maxton and when I told him about my experience he was extremely disappointed as well. More
