I had a pretty good experience. I went in for an oil change and was done in about 20 minutes. Was about to leave. Than I remembered I needed to get wipers. They got me back in quickly. That only took ab change and was done in about 20 minutes. Was about to leave. Than I remembered I needed to get wipers. They got me back in quickly. Very rude young man who did not even greet us with a hello, told us we had to pay $200 just to get my vehicle looked at. I told him I never in all my decades had to pay before the services were performe hello, told us we had to pay $200 just to get my vehicle looked at. I told him I never in all my decades had to pay before the services were performed at Jack Maxton, and he aggressively pointed to the paper on the desk and said "it's written right here".. he cut me off mid sentence and raised his voice and said my bumper to bumper is gone and yelled my mileage almost as if he was showing off for his colleagues. I have a great extended warranty but he missed that and NEVER apologized for his rude behavior... clearly he was looking for a fight so I immediately told him I am leaving....he looked at the service records again to see that he clearly was WRONG, but I felt too threatened and intimidated at this point due to his aggression... I quickly got in my vehicle shaken up... an older service man was really nice and he tried to slow us down from leaving but I was too sad and upset by what happened with the younger man.... absolute worst experience ever!! I went to another service dealership got the vehicle taken care of completely and they use the warranty just fine I was so happy to get out of Jack Maxton. Jack Maxton be cautious when you hire obnoxious young service people who are rude to your 25-year customers. Good luck in these tumultuous times goodbye. More
