All is well Had alignment problems which were caused be steering and suspension issues. Also had a thumping noice in a wheel that turned out to be a ball-bearing Had alignment problems which were caused be steering and suspension issues. Also had a thumping noice in a wheel that turned out to be a ball-bearing issue in the wheel. They found all of the components that were going bad and replaced them. The car now runs well and i feel confident that the car is safe to drive. More

Communication concerns Was a little disappointed in communication. Dropped the vehicle off at @9:10 am, originally I was told the diagnostic would take about 1 1/2 hour. I Was a little disappointed in communication. Dropped the vehicle off at @9:10 am, originally I was told the diagnostic would take about 1 1/2 hour. I called the service center at 1:55 pm and was advised that a technician is working on the vehicle and someone will call me later that afternoon, I received no call. I called the next morning (around lunch time) to inquire of the status and was informed the technician is at lunch but will look at it as soon as he returns from lunch. Now I'm confused as to why I was told it was being worked on the day before only to be told no one has worked on it yet a day later. More
