Amanda, I want to start out by apologizing to you for the experience you had with us. A huge part of the process in service is communication. Our job is to make sure you are aware of every step that goes into the service of your vehicle and a part of this is simply keeping in contact with you. Whether they text you, email you, or give you a call you should be the one getting contacted and should not have to be calling us to find out what is going on, except to return a missed call from your advisor. The fact that none of this happened during your experience, quite honestly, saddens and upsets me. This is not acceptable and you should have never been left to feel this way. I have brought this to our management in service and will be following up to make sure the proper steps are taken to ensure this does not happen to more of our customers.
