Horrendous, Atrocious, and Egregious The absolute WORST experience with a dealership! My car was in the shop for a month with no resolution, I was told several stories, a part needed orde The absolute WORST experience with a dealership! My car was in the shop for a month with no resolution, I was told several stories, a part needed ordered it was 75% complete and finally they had no clue what was wrong and they were working with GM to find a resolution. My car was there for a month and I had to call them and ask for updates, no one had the decency to give me at least weekly updates on where the service stood. Finally, I took my car to Sandoval Buick and their service department diagnosed the issue in 15 minutes and had the repair completed in 45 minutes! They explained to me it was a simple cap that needed replaced and any technician would have been able to recognize that immediately. How can Jack Maxton have my car for a month and not have the problem resolved yet another dealership had it fixed in less than 1 hour. I would advise anyone that values customer service to take your car to a dealership with higher ethical and moral standards. I picked up my keys and the entire service department would not even offer a simple "I am sorry" after my truck sat for 30 days. It does not cost anyone to be kind and treat you with respect, I appreciate the wonderful service department at Sandoval. More

Steve showed us a number of cars until we found just the right fit for our needs. He was very patient and walked us through the whole "first car buying" process and is very prompt when answering our follow up questions via email and phone. Steve is really a gem in the industry and we cannot recommend him enough! We loved working with him, and I feel very confident in sending all my friends and family his way! More
