While the people who I interacted with were friendly I did not receive good service. I called before bringing my 2020 Silverado 2500 in got warranty repair work. I told them what the problem was, a blown did not receive good service. I called before bringing my 2020 Silverado 2500 in got warranty repair work. I told them what the problem was, a blown speaker. When I came in assumed they would have the parts ready for the repair. They didn’t. They did a diagnostic test which took over an hour and a half. That’s ridiculous considering the issue was a blow speaker which can easily be found by turning up the volume. This wasted 2.5 hours of my time since the dealership is a 20 min drive from my house. When I picked the truck up they said it was a blown speaker(duh) and that the part would need to be ordered and should arrive in 3-5 days. All of this wasted time could have been avoided if they would have ordered the part when I called in the first time. Then I wait over 2 weeks and no one calls me back. I have to call back to the service department to get answers as to if the part is in and when it can be fixed. They confirmed the part was in and scheduled me for the following week. I bring my vehicle back in to have the speaker replaced and it took a couple hours, fine since I know the repair requires taking the door panel off. When I come to pick my truck up it was not washed. Any time I have taken previous vehicles in for repairs or service, especially when they are still under warranty, the vehicle has been washed and swept inside. At very minimum I expected it to be ran through the car wash especially since it is right next to the service bays. I think the customer service and especially follow up is lacking at this dealership. From here forward I will be using another dealership for repairs and service. More

I called for a service appointment and requested a rental car. Randy offered me a next day appointment. I was so excited he could get me in so soon. Thank God, my repair was under warranty.
