I took my car in to get an issue fixed, I had an appointment at 10am on Monday and didn’t hear from them so I called around 3 and they said they were just getting to my car and they wouldn’t be done appointment at 10am on Monday and didn’t hear from them so I called around 3 and they said they were just getting to my car and they wouldn’t be done with it that day, I get my car back on Tuesday, I go to turn it on and my stereo is pixelated so I take it back in for them to look at and I’m told that when the mechanic got into my car all my lights were turned down, which completely isn’t true because I drive at night and if my lights were turned down I wouldn’t be able to see anything on my dashboard but they wouldn’t take that as an answer and treated me like I was dumb and wrong. They take a look at it and tell me it would be $500 to fix even though it wasn’t like that when I dropped my car off but if I push a certain place on my stereo it goes back to normal. The following weekend my car starts acting up and so I call to take it back in and they tell me they adjusted the wiring and it was running fine for them now so I go to pick up my car and it is disgusting, covered in mud, nothing was even sanitized, even though businesses should be taking extra precautions for sanitation at this time. Overall I wasn’t pleased that they didn’t look at my car at my appointment time the first time I took it in (I had to take Uber to work which wasn’t cheap and they didn’t even tell me about the rental car option) treating me like I was stupid and for my car being left dirty the second time I had to take it in. More

I prequalified and got a price on my trade-in before going to the Dealership. Told Donny Smith the make , model and color I was looking for. When I arrived for my appointment Donny had the new car upfro going to the Dealership. Told Donny Smith the make , model and color I was looking for.
