Arrived at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment, took over two hours for a basic oil change, nothing else, nothing else was done. Should not take that long for an oil change. The service tech was swamped. My Mustang was picked up, and dropped off, love that service!! Anthony was on constant communication with me the whole experience. A Tech was able to fix my issue during the diagnostic process, I expect service!! Anthony was on constant communication with me the whole experience.
