I never believed that I could get a car of any type that I could afford at a reasonable interest rate. Well, Cory Hill promised he could make it happen. I gave him the parameters for the type of auto that I I could afford at a reasonable interest rate. Well, Cory Hill promised he could make it happen. I gave him the parameters for the type of auto that I was looking for and he called me the next day and said he was ready. We made the appointment and I went to the dealership and met Cory and the rest of the team. I didn't have to look at but one car, the Nissan Versa Note to know he had read me perfect for the type of vehicle I needed. The only choice I had to make was the color and the rest of my visit was excellent. The price, interest rate, the advice for my needs above and beyond the present was explained in detail. I just bought by second Altima from Jack Ingram. Both times, the experience was painless. Let me say that I have been at other dealerships where, when I left, I felt like I'd been beaten with a tire iro times, the experience was painless. Let me say that I have been at other dealerships where, when I left, I felt like I'd been beaten with a tire iron. Not at JI. The staff is friendly and attentive, but not pushy or obnoxious. I didn't get my last Altima regularly serviced at JI, but I will with the new one. Since I retired, JI is more convenient for routine oil changes, etc., and Tony Richardson and Derrick have been really easy to work with. I trust them to tell me if something needs immediate attention or can wait a little bit. Also, the price is comparable to outside businesses. All in all, I think whoever is running the show over there, or setting the tone for customer service, has hit the nail on the head when it comes to overall customer satisfaction--in both sales and service.
