No pressure and no hassles I had reached the point where previous vehicle was spending as much time in the shop as it was out. I spoke with Thom, the sales consultant, a few days before my visit about my needs and wants for a new vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership he had a lineup of several models ready for me to see. He knew that I was leaving town in a few days and wanted to have a safe car for my trip. However, he never pressured me to rush into a decision. He provided all of the information that I needed to help me make a decision but did not overwhelm me with unnecessary details. In the end I got a fair trade-in for my old vehicle and fair price for a new vehicle that has everything that I need and nothing that I don't. More
