The awesome SI I first went in there looking for a new car to lease. I walked in and was referred to Kai. He sat us down and asked a few questions on what we wanted and he could ideally find the car we are interested in. I already did the initial research of what car I wanted. The test drive was a great one, we had a few questions that we had asked Kai, he didnt have the answers at the moment and he got those answered right as soon as we got back. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the car I got, and he has been working with me since and following up with me about the car and other questions I had. He is awesome and very friendly I am definately grateful for this wonderful experience. More

Our family (including our adult children) own many Hondas and we have dealt with Jack Ellena Honda for many years. The price on the Civic I bought was good, and the price on our trade-in vehicle was also good. However, after we had signed all the purchase papers (about 20 pages or so) we had to wait over 2 hours to hand our check to the finance person, because it was a Saturday and there was only one person in finance. If they had told us it would be 2 hours, we would have left and come back in 2 hours. Or I wish they had let people who were paying in cash (us) go in front of people who were financing their car, since it only took us 10 minutes to give the finance guy our check when we finally got to him. But all that is minor, and I really like my new Civic and I super appreciate the service department which always gives wonderful service. More
