Just another typical car dealership I do not recommend this dealership. Typical as far as sales and service. High pressure sales. Disappointing for a Honda dealer They got us in quickly and the oil change appears to have been done correctly. They finished it pretty quickly too but instead of calling my wife to p They got us in quickly and the oil change appears to have been done correctly. They finished it pretty quickly too but instead of calling my wife to pick it up as she requested, they called me at work (in Topeka). She also asked them to look up what routine maintenance it was due for, which they didn’t do. If I just wanted an oil change, we would hav taken it somewhere with more flexible hours. When she went to pick it up they were disorganized so that it took longer than necessary to check out. More

Mystery electrical failure. We have a 2016 Civic that is under 2years old. Starting having issues of starting. Failed were we were at but when we got to the dealership it worked. We have a 2016 Civic that is under 2years old. Starting having issues of starting. Failed were we were at but when we got to the dealership it worked. They tried all their trucks and found one cell in the battery was bad. Issue resolved. Thanks More
Always a great experience! Nate was great! Worked me in quickly and gave me an accurate diagnosis. Gave me a loaner while my car was being serviced. My washer fluid was accid Nate was great! Worked me in quickly and gave me an accurate diagnosis. Gave me a loaner while my car was being serviced. My washer fluid was accidentally over looked (no big deal) and the tank was empty. To compensate for the inconvenience Nate allowed me to return my loaner without paying for the gas I had used and forgotten to re-fill on my return to the service department.
